Lifesize owlowiscious papercraft by RocketmanTan Lifesize owlowiscious papercraft by RocketmanTan

It appears you don't have PDF support in this web browser. Download PDF

Yes, I know a Tawny Owl's supposed to be around 40cm in length and have a 90cm wingspan, but how's about we all have a warm cup of Zecora's Suspension-of-Disbelief? Besides, the show's called My Little Pony; I assume that Owlowiscious is Twilight's Little Owl...

Anyways, click "download file" to get the model.

Regular models resume next week.

It's perfectly alright. But, to answer your question, there are a lot of professional-grade glues out there that dry pretty quickly. I personally recommend either epoxy or PVA-based glue, although depending on where you live and your age, you might get carded for buying such glues. For a quick build, however, scotch tape works fine; it's what I use for doing testbuilds.

I love the craft. When I saw it on Equestria Daily, I had a small heart attack.
I'm sort of confused as to how to put it all together, though. Am I supposed to stack the pieces on top of each other? I only see one fold-and-glue-tab, and that's for the beak.

I'm really looking forwad to crafting this wise (if not a little bit devious) bird, and any help would be marvelous!

Okay, basically everything save for the beak and eyes are either cylinders or truncated cones. I suggest folding those first and then seeing how they all fit together. I've placed almost everything in order going from top to bottom, so it should be pretty straightforward.

It's a PDF file; you should probably make sure you have an up-to-date version of Adobe Reader installed.

So let me ask you, what would you do about a series that is written by multiple authors? Cause that one really bugs me! So far I simply avoid purchasing them. lol
